Heaped tablespoon of garlic
Hlf a stalk of Leek sliced thinly
Handful of fresh green beans and asparagus
Saute in a pan for a few mins
Add a teaspoonful of balsalmic vinegar
Couple tablespoonfuls of heavy whipping cream to mellow out the tang of the vinegar! Stir threw the sauce and cook the veggies to desired tenderness! And serve along side your fav meat or meatless meal!
