~Whole Wheat 10+ Grain Bread~

Yep 10+ grain bread! I know looking at these pictures you really cant tell theres 10+ kinds of grains in this bread... Truth be told i played around with some of Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal (picture from website) which is made from stone ground high protien hard red wheat, rye, triticale, oat bran, oats, corn, barley, soy beans, brown rice, millet and flaxseed! Wow huh! i added 2/3's of a cup to my usual bread dough recipe plus wheat germ and wheat bran! And the bread turned out so tasty! I tryed using small personal bread tins to see how my recipe would go made in these small tins! One thing i must say about making your own bread is that i find it lasts longer you know? keeps better it doesnt spoil go moldy like store baught bread does... and when it does go stale/hard it makes for wonderful bread crumbs! And fab croutons! :)

heh :) do u find u have to be in the baking mood to get into it? or do u find it easy to just start baking?
